Noel Robinson joins Andy Flanagan and Graham Hunter on new 'civic hymn' - We Seek Your Kingdom

‘We Seek Your Kingdom’, a whole-life worship song to the tune of much-loved hymn ‘Abide With Me’, written by Noel Robinson, Andy Flannagan, and Graham Hunter, inspires us to see our daily tasks through God’s eyes – and live out the prayer ‘your kingdom come’ in every part of life.

You could be at work. Maybe you’re looking after the kids. Or seeing friends (finally). But whatever sphere of society you’re in, God can work through you to bring his kingdom there – as in heaven.

The story behind the song

Songwriters Noel Robinson, Andy Flannagan, and Graham Hunter give us the inside track on how ‘We Seek Your Kingdom’ came to be – and their hope that it will inspire Christians across the UK to make a difference for Christ, wherever he’s placed them.

Commissioned by LICC and Thy Kingdom Come, it’s an encouragement and a call to action – a declaration that each of us can join in God’s kingdom work right where we are.

And a prayer that through ordinary Christians like you and me, God would transform, revive, and heal our society.

it’s about seeing what you do Monday to Saturday through God's eyes – and praying he would change our nation through us. 🙏

Noel and Andy are joined by other top UK Christian Artists to perform We seek Your Kingdom. Lou Fellingham and Donna Akodu

Lou Fellingham

'Such an honour joining these friends in praying this song over Luton, our nation and other nations. Transform, revive and heal society '

Donna Akodu

'Loved being part of this project. It speaks of God's hope for the nations...'
